Shaq, you will be missed.

Thank you for the hilarious interviews, being a hub of 90’s NBA basketball (on NBC), and being a big part of my childhood. In middle school people started calling me Baby Shaq. It was pretty awesome because I had an excuse when I missed freethrows. :) I think the nickname was more about my lips than my basketball skills, but I’ll take it.

I’m not going to comment on your rap music or Kazaam (I did listen/watch them…I even played Shaq-Fu for SNES.). I’m still hurt over the 2000 Western Conference Finals.

Glad I had a chance to shake your hand and meet you (even though you towered over me and made me feel like a grade school kid.)
